He started his career in the trades 20 years ago as a waterproofing technician for a national franchise. He quickly learned all he could and rose through the ranks. Eventually, he had learned enough about waterproofing and moved on to learn another trade.

That is when he started with a small drywall finishing, plastering, and painting company in southwestern Illinois. He took to these trades quickly and naturally excelled. Over time, he felt that this company wasn't fufilling his need for knowledge in the trades, so he found another small operation that specialized in drywall hanging. After working in drywall finishing and plastering for so long, he didn't take long to hone this trade. Unfortunately, that company did not last. After finding himself in need of something new, he ventured into the world of foundations and framing. He soaked up knowledge in these trades like a sponge in water. Then the unthinkable happened. In 2008 the Housing market crashed, forcing this company to close it's doors. Though that was not the end for Mike.

After a brief time scouring the local trade job pool, he found himself branching out into the world of corporate renovations. Mike would go on to work for several companies in the corporate renovation world. From Fortune 500 companies, to small operations with a few big clients. Renovation was a crash course in every trade, which allowed him to work with skilled craftsmen from every line of work the trades had to offer. After nearly a decade, Mike started a family and decided to start up his own company, putting all the knowledge and skill he had acquired over the years to work for him.
